Is a slanted ceiling over the bed bad feng shui?
Only on its low side. The Form School reads the low side of a slope the way it reads a beam: where the ceiling comes closest, the room feels most closed in. Move the bed to the high side, headboard against a solid wall, and give the low side a warm wall light instead.

Why the school reads the low side as a beam
A roof that slopes into a room brings the ceiling down toward the people in it. The Form School weighs that the way it weighs a beam: over a hallway or a chest of drawers it is only the shape of the house, but over the place where someone lies down it reads as weight.
The slope is not graded as a whole. The low side, where the ceiling comes closest, is where the room is most closed in; the high side of the same room is open ground, and it is where the school puts the bed.
What to look for in your room
In an attic or top-floor room, the bed sits on the low side of a sloped ceiling, with the ceiling close above the head of the bed.

How to fix it, in order
Set the headboard against the tallest solid wall, where there is the most room above you, and keep the door in view at an angle. In many attic rooms that means turning the bed to face the slope rather than lying under it.
The school lifts a low corner with light. A warm wall light where the ceiling comes down keeps that side from closing in, so the low side reads as a quiet corner rather than a weight.
In a room too small to turn the bed, the school answers the slope as it answers a beam: a tall headboard of solid wood takes up the line, so the ceiling bears on furniture rather than on the sleeper.
Questions people ask
Not in itself. The school minds the low side, where the ceiling comes closest to a bed or a seat; the high side of the same room is good ground for the bed.
Headboard against the tallest solid wall, with the door in view at an angle and not in line; the rest of the bedroom rules apply as they do in any room. Where the bed goes →
A vaulted ceiling rises toward the middle, so a bed under its high part has room above it. What counts is the low side: keep the head of the bed away from where the ceiling comes down.
The school reads a seat under the low side the same way, as weight over the one sitting there. Move the desk to where the ceiling is high above you. Beam over the bed →
