Terms of Service

Plain terms for feng shui readings of your room, the Almanac and membership.

What LuckMove is

LuckMove reads the arrangement of a room from a photo, following the Form School tradition of feng shui, and suggests changes to how the room is laid out. It is guidance on arranging your space, offered for reflection and enjoyment. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and no outcome is promised. For health, money, legal or safety matters, talk to a qualified professional.

Readings, after pictures and replies to your questions follow our Form School rules. They can be wrong, so use your own judgment.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Upload only photos you have the right to share, of a space you live in or look after. Please don’t upload photos of other people without their consent, or anything unlawful or explicit; such photos are refused and deleted.

Your photos

Your photos stay yours. By uploading, you let us process them to make your reading, draw the after pictures of your room and answer your follow-up questions. We never publish them. They stay with your reading so you can reopen it any time, and you can delete them from your account page whenever you like. See the Privacy Policy.

The after pictures and the plan

After pictures are previews made from your photo, not exact renderings; your real room will look different. Measure before you buy or move anything. Suggestions marked as renovation are optional; for any building work use a licensed contractor. If you rent, ask your landlord first; if you own a condo, check with your condo board or HOA before anything permanent or outside. Keep candles away from anything that can burn, and check that plants are safe for your pets and children.

Free and membership

The first look at a room is free, and so is the first answer from each almanac reading.

Membership opens everything: every room you send, read in full (a plan fitted to you, the after pictures, follow-up questions and re-checks anytime) and all four almanac readings in full. Membership is $9.90 a month or $59 a year. Prices in USD. No sales tax is added at checkout.

• It renews automatically at the same price for the same period (a month or a year) until you cancel. The renewal date is shown on your account page and in your welcome email.
• Cancel anytime on your account page. No calls, no forms. You won’t be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Readings you opened while a member stay open after your membership ends.
• On the yearly plan, we email you a reminder about 30 days before it renews. If we ever change the price or these terms, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, with the old and new wording and the date; you can cancel at no cost before then.
• Charges already made are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. If you were charged and something didn’t work, write to [contact email] and we will put it right.

The Almanac and the daily note

The almanac readings (lucky directions, lucky colors, move-in dates and the yearly map of your home) follow traditional methods and are meant for arranging your space and planning, not as predictions. The daily note is sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe from any email. The daily note is part of membership; the monthly almanac letter is open to anyone who confirms the subscription by email.

Fair use

To keep every reading careful, there are hourly limits on uploads and messages. Please don’t try to copy the service, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

This clause does not apply to consumers in Quebec. LuckMove is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a room reading or an almanac reading, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and if a change affects your membership we will email you first.

These terms are an agreement between you and LuckMove.

These terms are governed by [jurisdiction] law. If the consumer laws where you live give you more protection, that protection still applies.
