Privacy Policy

You send us a photo of a room in your home. Here is exactly what happens to it, and to everything else you give us.

At a glance

• Room photos: your photos stay with your reading so you can reopen it any time. Delete them whenever you like from your account page.
• Birth details and email: to fit your almanac readings and room readings to you and to send the emails you ask for. Kept until you delete them.
• Membership: your plan, dates and email, to run your membership. Kept as long as our accounting records require.
• Usage log: to improve the site. It has no photos, messages or IP addresses.
• Google Analytics: only if you agree, to count visits and see which pages bring people here. It sets cookies and reports your approximate location from a shortened IP address; it never receives your photos, messages, birth details or email.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

What we collect

• The photo you upload, and any extra photos you add in the follow-up chat.
• Answers you choose to give in the short interview after you unlock a reading (for example who uses the room, or whether you rent). Every question can be skipped.
• Your follow-up questions and the replies to them.
• Your email, if you give it. We use it for your receipts and membership emails (welcome, renewal, cancellation), the private link to your reading, a note when a re-check is ready, and your links again if you ask. No newsletters unless you subscribe to them yourself: the monthly almanac letter, confirmed by email, and, for members, the daily note.
• Your birth details: birth date, the time if you give it, and the sex assigned at birth if you choose it. Only if you enter them in an almanac reading or a room reading. They are kept in your LuckMove profile, so every almanac reading and room reading uses the same details, and, only if you opt in, for the daily note.
• Membership details, if you become a member: your plan, when it started, when it renews or ends, and your email. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card number.
• A profile number kept in this browser, so we can recognize your profile without a password.
• A simple usage log: which step was reached (for example “reading finished” or “payment opened”), the reading number, the language and the time. It has no photos, messages or IP addresses.

We do not ask for your name.

How it is used

To make and show your reading: to read the room, write the findings and the plan, draw the after pictures from your photo, and answer your follow-up questions. To do that, the photo and text are sent to Google’s Gemini API, which processes them for us under Google’s API terms. We keep your photos and readings only to show them back to you. They are never published; anyone with your private link can see them. The almanac readings are calculated on our own server; your birth details go to Google only as part of a room reading. We do not use advertising trackers.

We and Google may store and process your information in the United States or in other countries.

Membership and payment

If you become a member, we keep your plan, dates and email to run your membership, send your receipts and let you manage or cancel it on your account page. Card details go straight to our payment processor.

The daily note and the monthly letter

If you tick the box to get the daily note (your lucky day, color and number), we email it to you. It is opt-in, every email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we keep a record of when and where you agreed. The daily note is sent to members who opted in; the monthly almanac letter goes only to addresses that confirmed the subscription; both stop from any email.

Who can see your reading

Your reading lives at a private link, and there is no public gallery. Your photograph is never published. Anyone with your private link can see it, so share the link only with people you want to see your reading. A sign-in link sent to your email address works once, within fifteen minutes. This browser remembers your readings, and if you left your email you can get the links again at Find my readings.

Deleting

Your photos stay with your reading so you can reopen it any time.

• If a photo can’t be read (too dark, only part of the room, not a room), it is deleted right away.
• Delete my details, on any almanac reading page or on your account page, removes your birth details, your daily-note sign-up and every reading with its photos. If you are not a member, it also removes your email and your profile. Members’ email and membership records stay, because we need them to run the membership.
• Delete your photos whenever you like from your account page.

Cookies and Do Not Track

This browser’s storage remembers your profile number and your readings. Signing in sets one cookie that keeps this device signed in for up to a year. It carries only your profile number and a signature; it is not used for tracking. Signing out removes it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits; it runs only after you agree, and it is not linked to advertising. We do not track you across other sites, so a browser’s Do Not Track signal doesn’t change anything here.

LuckMove is for adults 18 and over. Please do not upload if you are under 18.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (California and other U.S. states, or Canada, including Quebec), you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [contact email]. We reply within the time the law sets, and using your rights never changes the service you get.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top.
